We’re sure you will have questions about many of our products and the easiest and most cost-effective way to answer these questions is by email. SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for your purchase once it has been shipped. We will be happy to give you the estimated date of delivery as noted by each individual carrier, but we are not responsible for transit time. We will do our best to send out your order in 1-3 business days, but this is not always possible. We ship USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are based upon item(s) and destination. When placing an order online, the shipping amount is estimated. Actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice.
If shipping is outside the Continental US or you want an expedited service an extra fee will apply.
If we cannot fill your order to completion, we will contact you before shipping. You can decide if you would like the item backordered, and if so, we will contact you once that item becomes available. Shipping a backordered item is free.

Insurance protects your purchase against damage or loss during shipping. If the buyer does not opt to buy insurance and there is damage or loss, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for replacement or repair.
UPS (United Parcel Service):
We ship and receive packages daily with this service. If you provide an email address, UPS will automatically send you the tracking number for your package. Most large, or high value packages are shipped via UPS Ground; this is the most cost-effective means to ship those items.
We can ship 3-day, 2-day or overnight, however the cost is much greater than UPS Ground.

USPS (United States Postal Service):
We ship and receive packages 1-2 days a week through the post office. If you are in a hurry to get something sent or repaired, you might consider using another service. Most small items, and all international items are shipped either Priority Mail or First Class Mail. If you provide an email address USPS will automatically email you with the tracking number of your package.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Returns must be shipped INSURED, using the carrier delivering the original order, per address instructions above. All shipping and insurance fees will be paid by the customer. Merchandise must be in new condition, with all original packing and papers. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns (except defective merchandise).
Order cancellations after shipment has been made, incur an immediate $15 retrieval fee. Additionally, 20% restocking fee applies to all such order cancellations.
