How To Order from Pilkguns

1. Pilkguns utilizes a shopping cart system to make purchasing easier for our customers. To use the shopping cart, just click on the green "Price List & Buy" button. You will be taken to the Price List and Ordering Page. Our shopping cart is easy and completely secure.

Or, as an alternative, make a list of what you are interested in. We're sure you have questions about many of our products and the easiest and most cost-effective way to answer these questions is by email. This is also a great way to give us the bulk of your other information such as name and shipping address, preferred means of shipping and any other special requirements.

2. If you are paying by Credit Card, you may order online using our secure shopping cart or by telephone at (931) 924 3400 (fax (931) 924 3489).

We can also accept faxed checks - just fill out your check as normal, photocopy it and fax the copy though to us.

If you wish to use Paypal, we can accept payment as long as your PayPal account is NOT funded by a credit card; our account email is info@pilkguns.com.

3. All international orders exceeding a total purchase of fifty (50) dollars U.S. require a "bank-to-bank" transfer of funds. Please contact us at info@pilkguns.com or 931-924-3400 for details.

We are not responsible for your purchase once it has been shipped. We will be happy to give you the estimated date of delivery as noted by each individual carrier, but we are not responsible for transit time. We will do our best to send out your order in 1-3 business days, but this is not always possible. If you need an order in a hurry, please contact us at info@pilkguns.com or 931-924-3400 to make special arrangements.

Insurance protects your purchase against damage or loss during shipping. If the buyer does not opt to buy insurance and there is damage or loss, it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for a replacement or repair.

We normally ship orders via UPS. If you prefer an alternative means of shipment, please note your request in the Special Instructions/Comments box or contact us at info@pilkguns.com or 931-924-3400.

Partial orders will incur separate shipping charges for each portion of the shipment.  If we cannot fill your order to completion, we will contact you before shipping. You can then decide if you want to wait for the order to be completed or send what is available at that time.

UPS:

We ship and receive packages daily. If you have an email address, we can send you the tracking number for your package. The tracking info provided is real time tracking. All packages include $100 insurance without any additional fee. Extra insurance is available for a nominal fee per $100. To save money, airguns can be shipped using UPS Ground Service. All air services, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Air, are guaranteed and UPS will refund the shipping amount if your order is not delivered as arranged.

We ship and receive packages 2-3 days a week. If you are in a hurry to get something sent or repaired, you might consider using another service. High value articles are usually very expensive to ship using the Post Office, due to their insurance rates. Insurance is NOT included in the cost of shipping. If desired, you will need to request insurance.

$50-$100 is $2.25
Delivery confirmation is $.80

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS NOT REAL TIME TRACKING. You will be able to receive information on your package AFTER it is delivered, but not during the transit time. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery method. Estimated time of delivery to most places is 3 days. If you need it by a specific time, you might opt for Express Mail or a different carrier.

FedEx:

With special arrangement, we can ship with FedEx. Pickup time must be before noon. If you have an email address, we can send you a tracking number for your package. AIRGUNS HAVE TO BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT. All air services, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Air, are guaranteed and FedEx will refund the shipping amount if your order is not delivered as arranged.

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Returns must be shipped INSURED, using the carrier delivering the original order, per address instructions above. All shipping and insurance fees will be paid by the customer. Merchandise must be in new condition, with all original packing and papers. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (except defective merchandise).

Order cancellations after shipment has been made, incur an immediate $10 retrieval fee. Additionally, 10% restocking fee applies to all such order cancellations.
